  • 12:00 - Arrival of participants, lunch and coffee/tea;
  • 13:00 - 14:00 - Introduction Amsterdam colleagues - Updates on the overall TOPO-EUROPE programme and SourceSink. Introduction on general SourceSink networking and collaboration - what we need to decide. Specific ESF management and procedures as applied to SourceSink. General discussions on the SourceSink setup;
  • 14:00 - 14:15 - Garden break;
  • 14:15 - 18:00 (one coffe/tea break between 16:00 - 16:15) - Individual and Associated projects presentation: key updates on the science plan, description of planned human resources exchanges, common fieldworks, shared facilities/laboratories; commonly planned research, training (e.g., summer school, workshops) or publications, other common activities; You should plan an informal presentation of strictly 15 minutes (including brief questions). Detailed discussions are planned for the next day;
  • 19:30 - Common dinner downtown Amsterdam (Dionysos Taverna, see practical details below).
